ℹ️ This article covers both the Classic Back Office and the New Back Office. Further updates will come in the upcoming releases.
bsport invoices are the invoices bsport sends you for your plan and options. They are different from the invoices you send your members for their passes and subscriptions.
Invoice type | Who it’s from / to | Where to find it |
bsport invoice | From bsport to your studio | Your profile menu › Plans & upgrades (new Back Office) or Settings › bsport subscription (Classic Back Office) |
Member invoice | From your studio to a member | The member’s profile, or Reports › Invoices |
In the new Back Office
Step 1: Click your username or profile picture in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click Plans & upgrades.
Step 3: See My invoices.
Step 4: Click an invoice to view it or download it as a PDF.
ℹ️ Good to know: In the new Back Office, your bsport invoices aren’t in Settings.
Look for them in your profile menu in the top right corner.
In the Classic Back Office
Step 1: Go to Settings › bsport subscription.
Step 2: Click the paperclip icon next to the invoice you need to download it.
💡 Tip: Not sure which Back Office you’re using? If your bsport invoices aren’t in the Settings menu, you’re on the new Back Office. Use your profile menu in the top right corner instead.
