What is One-Click Booking?
One-Click Booking is a new feature designed to make it easier for new people to book in your studio, by making the first booking experience as simple as possible - no account creation required.
With One-Click Booking, new users can:
Book a class in just one click
Skip account creation and lengthy registration forms
Only enter the minimum required details: name, family name, email address and payment information

Who can use this feature?
One-Click Booking is only available for:
New (unregistered) users
Group activities and workshops (for appointments, users will need to login or sign in first)
Sessions that are compatible with a welcome pass (a new member only pass)
If you already have welcome passes set up on your sessions, you’re good to go! If not, you can configure them in just a few minutes.
⚠️ Please note that this feature is by design incompatible with email verification at sign up. You can either activate one or the other.
How do I activate it?
If your studio already offers a welcome pass
Great news, you're already compatible! 🎉
To make the most of it:
Double-check your welcome pass is linked to your group class offer
Promote your classes using direct links, new visitors can now book instantly

If you don’t offer a welcome pass yet
No worries, it’s quick to set up!
Go to your pass section
Create a new welcome pass (only for new members)
Link it to the classes you want to offer as part of the promotion
Done! You can now promote those sessions with direct links.

Yes ! One-Click Booking is compatible with widgets.
📋 What happens if I have mandatory questions in my sign-up form?
Upon their first login to the member space, members will be required to answer those questions.
🌍 Is it available in my country/language?
Yes! The experience is fully translated and available to all studios using the bsport platform, no matter your location.
