Swap the pass on an existing booking

This article shows how swap the pass on an existing booking and appointment.

You can now change the pass assigned to a booking without cancelling and rebooking. This allows you to quickly correct mistakes while keeping the member’s spot secured.

What you can do

  • Replace the pass used for an existing booking in just a few clicks

  • Use any compatible pass (regular passes, subscriptions, or appointment passes)

  • Avoid cancelling bookings and disrupting your members

Only passes that are valid for the selected activity will be available when switching.


How to switch a pass

For group activities (classes and workshops)

  1. Go to Session in the Calendar section

  2. Click Manage bookings

  3. Find the member’s booking and click the three dots (⋯)


  4. Select Swap pass

  5. Select the new pass you want to assign and Confirm


For appointments

  1. Go to Schedule

  2. Select the appointment


  3. Click the Swap pass arrows

  4. Choose the correct appointment pass


Once updated, the new pass will be applied immediately without affecting the booking.
