Booking starts from either the Schedule page or the Homepage, and ends with a confirmation. Depending on whether the member already has a valid pass or needs to buy one, the flow adjusts along the way.
Step 1 — Class details
Tapping a class card opens up the details screen, showing the class name, image, instructor, time, location, level, spots remaining, a description, the studio's cancellation policy, and the booking button.
From here, members can also:
Check out the instructor's profile
Browse and pick another upcoming session of the same class
Book for a guest or a linked account instead of themselves
Choose a specific spot, if the studio offers spot selection
Depending on the session, the booking button will show one of these:
What it says | What it means |
Book now | Open for booking |
Upcoming | Exists, but booking isn't open yet |
Join the waitlist | Class is full |
Step 2 — Checkout
Tapping the booking button brings up checkout, where members review their booking and pick how to pay.
Booking more than one class? Members can add extra classes to the same checkout before confirming — so they can book several sessions in one go. This option also shows up on the class details screen. (Just note: a class can only be added if it has future sessions available.)
Choosing a pass: Checkout shows the member's available passes and how many credits they've got left. Recommended passes show up first, followed by the cheapest option. They can also buy more passes right from this screen.
If they already have a valid pass
They go straight from class details → checkout → confirmation. No payment step needed.
If they don't have a valid pass yet
They'll be prompted to grab one before finishing the booking: class details → checkout → pick a pass → pay → confirmation.
On the pass screen, they'll see all the studio's available passes and subscriptions, with a Recommended tab highlighting whatever the studio's flagged as a good option. Once they pick one and pay, the booking confirms automatically.
Step 3 — All booked!
Once it's done, members see a confirmation with their class details, and it lands in their upcoming bookings.
Joining a waitlist
If a class is full, members can still get in line:
Tap Join waitlist on the class details screen
Confirm they want to join
Their spot on the waitlist is reserved
If a spot opens up, they're automatically booked in — no need to do anything else. They can keep an eye on it under My bookings → Waiting list.
Cancelling a booking
Go to My bookings → Upcoming
Tap the booking to cancel
Confirm — the studio's cancellation policy will show up before it's finalised
Depending on the studio's rules, a late cancellation might mean losing a credit. Leaving a waitlist works the same way, just from My bookings → Waiting list.
