When a gift card is activated on a client’s account, the balance does not appear as a visible credit on the account. Clients can activate their gift cards by clicking an activation link sent via email or by entering the gift card code during the payment stage of booking. It is not treated like a positive account balance or credit.
During the member’s next purchase, the gift card amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
Gift cards can be used for all products except subscriptions, which are not compatible.
You can check a member's remaining balance of their gift card on their profile under "Gift Cards"
If a member wants to check the remaining balance on their gift card, they can do so from their member profile on the web under the “My giftcards” section.
