Printable gift card with code
Step 1: Retrieve the gift card code
You have received a gift card containing a 6-character activation code in PDF format or via personalised support.
Step 2: Use the gift card in the studio in question
Once you have logged into your member account > Put the desired products in your basket.
Enter the activation code in the ‘Promo code & gift card’ field on your basket.
If the amount contained in the gift card is greater than the amount in the basket, the remaining amount will be automatically deducted from future baskets.
Furthermore, if after activating the gift card with its code you do not complete the purchase process, the card will remain linked to your account and its amount will be automatically deducted from future shopping baskets.
Digital gift card with activation link
Step 1: Activate the gift card
You will receive the link to activate the gift card by email, simply click on "Activate my gift card".
Log in to your member account > When the gift card appears, click again on "Activate my gift card".
Step 2: Use the gift card in the studio in question
Once connected to your member account > Put the desired products in your cart.
The deduction will be made automatically in the shopping basket.
Click on "Pay" even if the amount is 0€ to confirm or pay the difference.
