When aggregator bookings are enabled on a session, choose how spots are shared with aggregator platforms:
Unlimited spots: All available spots can be booked through aggregators. No separate cap applies: aggregators see the same availability as your members.
Limited spots (combined): Set a maximum number of spots shared across myClubs, Wellhub, and Urban Sports Club combined. Once that limit is reached, those platforms can no longer book additional spots, even if the session still has capacity.
Limit bookings per aggregator: Each aggregator has its own independent quota and can only book up to that number, regardless of what other platforms have booked.
Important behaviors
Reducing the limit after bookings already exist: If you reduce the spot limit on a session that already has aggregator bookings, existing bookings are not cancelled. New aggregator bookings are blocked until confirmed bookings drop below the new cap.
"Limited spots (combined)" counts myClubs, Wellhub, and Urban Sports Club only: If myClubs members books 3 spots out of a combined limit of 5, only 2 remain for the other platforms. The limit is shared, not per-platform.
"Limit bookings per aggregator" requires a limit set for each platform: Every enabled aggregator must have an individual spot limit configured. The setting won't save if any active platform is missing its limit.
Aggregator availability never exceeds actual session capacity: Regardless of the option selected, aggregators can never book more spots than are actually available on the session.
