How to make classes bookable on an aggregator (Classpass, USC, Onefit, Gymlib...)

This article explains how to make classes bookable for members of other platforms. This article covers both the new Back Office and the previous Back Office.

Has your account manager already validated the integration with the aggregator? At this point, all you need to do is make the classes you want bookable on this aggregator.

To do this, go to the class in question and click on "edit":

Turn on the "Enable aggregator bookings" toggle:

Choose how to share spots with the aggregator platforms:

Click on "Next", choose whether to also make similar classes (created on a recurring basis) bookable on the marketplace, then click "Save".

Do the same for the other classes.

Your integration is now 100% complete 🙌🏼

What's changed in the new Back Office

The aggregator toggle is now located in the Settings section of the class creation flow, and is enabled by default.

Aggregator visibility is now also shown as an indicator in the classes table, and you can filter based on it.

What hasn't changed

Once published, the way the class appears and is booked on the aggregator side remains unchanged.
