Your app is coming soon! Here's what to check before it lands, so your team and your members have a smooth first experience.
Your app may not go live on iOS and Android at exactly the same time. If you spot it on one store but not the other yet, that's expected — it'll follow shortly.
1. Get familiar with the new app
Before it lands, take a few minutes to explore what your members and team will see. We've put together an interactive walkthrough so you can click through the real experience:
It's a quick way to get comfortable with the app before it goes live — no need to wait until launch day to see what's coming.
2. Check your logo and brand colors
Your app pulls its primary color and logo directly from your Back Office general settings. Whatever's set there is what members will see when they open the app.
Square logos work best — they display more consistently across in-app screens
Take a minute to confirm both are up to date before launch
The app icon and the logo on the loading screen can't be changed from the Back Office. If you need to update either of these, put in a request to your bsport contact.
3. Teachers log in through a new app
Teachers now access their schedule through a dedicated teacher app, separate from the member app.

Nothing changes in the login experience — teachers use their existing credentials, and the interface itself is unchanged. Let your teaching team know where to find it.
4. Review your member-facing pop-ups
Since this counts as a new app install for members, they'll see the pop-ups you've configured in your Branded App settings the first time they open it.
Review your current pop-ups now
Remove or update anything that's outdated
5. Confirm any outstanding Apple agreements
If Apple has an updated agreement waiting for review, it can block our ability to push updates to your app, including this one.
The account owner signs in to the Apple Developer account
Look for a banner prompting a review of the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Click Review Agreement, then Accept
Questions about any of these steps? Reach out to your bsport contact and we'll help you get ready.
