📱 iOS and Android may go live on different days
Apple and Google review apps separately, so one store can publish your app a few days before the other. This is normal.
🔄 What updates automatically
Everything you change in your back office appears in the app straight away: schedule, activities, prices, passes, teachers, texts. You don't need to contact us.
App updates (new features, new Android or iOS requirements) are published by bsport. You don't need to do anything.
✏️ What needs our team
Your app name, app icon (logo) and store screenshots are set in the stores, not in the back office. To change them, send us the new elements in your branded app conversation.
⚠️ Keep your developer accounts active
Renew your Apple Developer membership every year, or your app is removed from the App Store.
Accept new Apple agreements and complete Google verifications when asked.
Don't remove bsport's admin access, or we can no longer update your app.
🛑 If you stop your bsport subscription
Your branded app works with your bsport account. If you end your subscription, the app is removed from the App Store and Google Play at the end of your last paid month, and your members are no longer able to download or use it.
