The class table
Classes are grouped by day, each with a date header and a daily fill rate (for example, "34% filled"). Default columns are Time, Name, Teacher, Class roster, and Venue.
Switching views and finding a day
Select the Display button to see a daily, weekly, or monthly view. This setting is remembered every time you visit.
Select the date picker in the middle to jump to a specific date.
You can return to today's view any time by selecting Today.
Class type and status at a glance
Inline chips show Hybrid, Recurring, Part of a series, or Online, plus a "now" indicator for classes in progress. Cancelled classes keep a persistent strikethrough and icon treatment.
Acting on a class
Select the 3 dots on any row for quick actions:
Active classes: Edit, Duplicate, Copy link, Cancel
Cancelled classes: Restore, Edit, Duplicate, Permanently delete
For actions across multiple classes, select the 3 dots next to "Add class" to open More actions — export the class roster or cancel multiple classes at once.
💡 Cancelled classes are no longer a filter — use the "Show cancelled classes" toggle under Display instead.
Filtering, search, and columns
Filter by Service, Teacher, Level, Venue, Visibility, or substitutions. Filters support is/is-not logic, multi-select, in-filter search, and saved presets. Search results respect your active filters.
Show or hide columns from Display settings — your choice is saved per user.
The preview panel
Click on a row to open the Overview for that class. The preview panel displays on the right of the Overview.
The Overview tab shows the class roster — every client who has booked, cancelled, or no-showed — and lets you book clients into the class directly.
The Editor tab is where you change the class's settings.
The preview panel on the right shows the class's details: teacher, venue, level, price in credits, whether it's part of a series, and any notes added by staff.
What hasn't changed
Editing, cancelling, restoring, and deleting a class still work the way they always have — see Create, edit, cancel or delete your sessions for those steps.
Common questions
What does the fill rate percentage mean?
It shows the percentage of available spots filled for that class.
What happens when I delete a class?
Permanently deleting a cancelled class removes it and its history completely — this can't be undone.
Can I filter by more than one Venue at a time?
Yes — filters support multi-select, so you can filter by several venues, teachers, or other criteria at once.
