The Classes tab
The Classes tab is the default view when you open Services. Each row is a class — think of these as templates for your classes. You set them up here, then schedule them from the Calendar page.
Columns show Template, Category, Type, and Next class.
Type shows whether the class is a Group class or a Workshop — both are managed together here.
Use the icons on each row to duplicate or archive a class.
⚠️ You can't archive a class with upcoming bookings. Cancel those from the Calendar first.
Creating a class
Select Create class to set up a new group class or workshop. See Create your activities or Create your workshops for the full steps.
Opening a class
Select a class to open it.
The Editor tab is where you edit its settings — name, category, description, booking rules, and so on.
The Compatible passes tab shows which passes clients can use to book it.
What hasn't changed
Once a class is set up here, scheduling it on the calendar, associating it with passes, and assigning teachers all work the way they always have.
Common questions
What's the difference between a Group class and a Workshop?
Group classes are classes with multiple participants that display in the weekly schedule on your website or app. Workshops are events highlighted separately, which can be one-off, recurring, or part of a series.
Why can't I archive this class?
A class with upcoming bookings can't be archived. Cancel those bookings from the Calendar first, then archive it here.
What happens to an archived class?
It's moved to the archive on the page. You can access it from the archive icon next to Create class.
