This tutorial will show you how to: bulk cancel, proceed with a grouped cancelation using pre-filtering, hide and delete in bulk.

Cancel a recurring session

1st Step: Click on the recurring session you want to cancel > Cancel.

2nd Step: Activate “Do you want to delete ALL similar sessions ?” > Select the sessions you wish to cancel > Confirm.

⚠️ Warning: This modification is permanent. Your session will no longer be visible by the final customers, however you will still be able to access them.

If you delete a session by accident that had students attending, you will need to recreate the session and manually sign them up again.

Grouped cancellation through a pre-filtered calendar

1st Step: Pre-filter by teacher, establishment, activity.

2nd Step: Click on the Cog/Gear Wheel > “Click on Grouped Cancellation”.

3rd Step: Select the date range for the sessions you wish to bulk delete.

⚠️ Warning: This operation is irreversible.

Hiding cancellations from the manager’s calendar and the client’s calendar

1st Step:

  • Manager’s Interface: In your calendar, click on the cog found on the top left, and select “Hide cancellations”.

2nd Step:

  • Client’s Interface: Under Settings > Personalization > Make sure the following is unselected: “Show canceled sessions on the client calendar”.

Bulk delete a recurring session.

1st Step: Click on the cancelled recurring session > Click on Delete

2nd Step: Activate “Do you want to delete ALL similar sessions ?” > Confirm.

3rd Step: Make sure to tick on the option at the bottom of the form that reads "Delete all sessions including the associated bookings" > Confirm.

⚠️ Warning: This operation is irreversible and will delete all bookings even if they are canceled
