Sometimes a member wants to bring someone along to a class — someone who doesn't have their own account yet. With the Branded App, they can book and pay for that guest right from their own account, no extra hassle.
Where can members start this?

How it works
Member taps book for a guest from any of the spots above
They add the guest's name and contact details
They confirm the class, date, and time for the guest
They check out and pay on the guest's behalf
Done — the booking's confirmed!
Need to switch the class before confirming? No problem — the app will ask if they want to move the guest to the new class instead of creating a second booking.
Guests get saved for next time
Once a member books for a guest, that guest is saved automatically — so there's no need to type in their details again on a future booking.
If the guest has their own account
If the guest downloads the Branded App and sets up their own account, they'll be able to see their booking details there too.
Seeing a booked class with a guest
Right now, there isn't a way to see the guest's name next to the class in the member's upcoming bookings — same limitation as above.
Cancelling a class with a guest
If a member cancels a class they booked with a guest, only their own spot is cancelled — the guest keeps theirs. If the guest wants to cancel too, they'll need their own account to do it.
