Sidebar changes
Clients
Clients contains Profiles (previously Members), Tags, and Forms (previously Member forms).
Products
Products brings your passes, subscriptions, gift cards, packs, on-demand content, and webshop together in one place, exactly as before — the layout is the same, this isn't a new group. Two key changes here:
On-Demand (previously Digital offer)
Retail is your home for your store inventory (Webshop items) and your Orders page
Services
Services replaces the separate Group activities and Workshops pages with a single tab called Classes, where you create templates to schedule later via the Calendar page.
Analytics
Reports and Access Control now sit under Analytics.
Marketing
Marketing has all the key tools to power your growth, including:
Promotions (Moved from 'My studio')
Auto-messages (Previously Marketing notifications)
Segments (Previously Smartlists)
Templates (Previously Email templates)
SmartFill (a new feature for filling underbooked classes)
Journeys (Previously Audience)
Team
Team now brings together Teachers and Staff, and includes Payroll, moved from Finance.
Finance
The Transactions grouping (except the Orders page) now sits under Finance.
Other changes
Clients no longer lists Programs — this feature will no longer be available in the new Back Office.
Settings
Settings is now a pinned item at the bottom of the sidebar. Selecting it opens a dedicated Settings sidebar in place of the main navigation — select ← Back at the top to return.
Venues (previously Establishments) now lives in Settings.
