ℹ️ This article will be updated as we release more improvements over the coming months.
Terminology update: Group classes and workshops are now collectively classes, which you set up as templates from the Services page.
In the new Back Office
Go to the Services page and click Create class to start.
Step 1: Set up your class. Choose Workshop as the type, then set the name, category, description, and cover image.
Step 2: Add booking rules. Set when the booking window opens and closes, and the cancellation policy for the class.
You don't need to set all of these when you create the class. You can do this from the Editor tab in the class overview once you add the class to the Calendar.
Archived workshops can be found in the archive, next to the Create class button.
In the previous Back Office
Go to My Studio > Workshops > Add a workshop to start.
Step 1: Create your workshop. Fill in the form:
Add a picture, title, and description.
Enter a category — this is used when setting up which passes can book the workshop. Members never see it.
Choose whether the workshop is a live streaming class. Ticking this lets you add video conference links.
Add a colour.
Define the booking opening time — the calendar is open for bookings from this point.
Define the closing booking time — bookings are available until a certain time before the class.
Define the late cancellation time — cancellations are allowed up to a certain time before the class.
Set restrictions, if needed.
Then create your sessions, and associate your workshop with passes (skip this step if a compatible pass already exists).
Step 2: Follow your workshops. Click a workshop to edit any of these settings, add sessions, and see all compatible passes.
