Sharing feedback when you switch back to the Classic Back Office

If you switch from the new Back Office back to the Classic Back Office, you'll be asked why. Here's what that prompt does and how to send feedback to our product team.

What happens when you switch back

You can move between the new Back Office and the Classic Back Office whenever you like. When you switch back to the Classic Back Office, a short prompt appears asking why you're switching.

This is optional. It takes a few seconds, and it goes directly to the team building the new Back Office.

Choosing a reason

You'll be asked to pick the reason that best matches your experience. Pick whichever is closest. If none of them fit, choose the last option and tell us more in the comment box.

Adding a comment (optional)

Under the reason, there's a free-text box where you can write anything you'd like the product team to know — a feature you can't find, a step that's now slower, a bug you hit, or simply what you'd want changed before you switch over.

If you'd rather not write anything, you can select Share feedback without filling in the box. Your reason still gets recorded, and you'll be taken straight to the Classic Back Office.

What we do with it

Every comment is read by our product team and grouped by what it's about — Calendar, Navigation, Payments, and so on. It feeds directly into what gets fixed and built next, and several changes have already shipped off the back of this feedback.

The more specific you are, the more useful it is. "I can't see a full day on the Calendar without scrolling" tells us far more than "I don't like it."

Switching back to the new Back Office

Switching back to the Classic Back Office isn't permanent. You can return to the new Back Office at any time, and we'd encourage you to try it again as improvements roll out.
