To create your developer accounts, Apple and Google check that your business really exists. They compare your documents with your DUNS record. Most rejections come from a small difference between the two.
The 3 golden rules
Same name, same address, everywhere. The business name and address must be identical on your DUNS record, your documents and the form you fill in (spelling, legal form, street, postcode). If your DUNS is wrong, correct it first. 👉 How to obtain a DUNS number
An official, recent document that shows the business name, the legal address and a registration number.
A readable language. If Google rejects a document because of its language, upload it again with an English translation.

Your documents show your home address but the studio has another address: use the address on your official documents everywhere, including DUNS.
Several studios or a franchise: each legal entity needs its own DUNS, documents and developer account. Tell us before you start so we can plan the right setup.
