Understanding your bsport invoice

What each line on your bsport invoice means, why payment fees are no longer on it, and how discounts and annual plans are invoiced.

Your bsport invoice lists what you pay bsport for the month. To find your invoices, see Find and download your bsport invoices.

What you can see on your invoice

Line

What it is

Platform subscription

Your bsport plan. It is billed according to the number of locations set up in your contract.

Options and add-ons

Options added to your plan, for example an integrations pack, your branded app or the multi-location option.

SMS and emails

Usage-based lines when you send more SMS or emails than your plan includes, according to the terms in your contract.

Account and dispute fees

Fixed account fees and fees for payment disputes (chargebacks) raised by your members during the month.

Discounts

Commercial gestures and discounts agreed with your account manager. The product is shown at its full price, with the discount on a separate line underneath.

VAT

Applied according to your country and VAT number. See European VAT Number.

Why payment fees are no longer on your invoice

Since June 2026, the payment fees on your members' online payments are deducted at the time of each payment, directly from your payout. They no longer appear as a monthly line on your bsport invoice.

Note: dispute fees and account fees are still billed on your monthly invoice. In a few countries, payment fees are still billed monthly on the invoice.

Annual plans

If you pay your plan annually, the annual invoice is issued the month after your plan is set up, which can be before your first month of service. For example, a plan set up in October is invoiced in November, even if your service starts in December. During the period covered by the annual invoice, you won't receive a monthly charge for the same plan.
