The new Reports bring several of the old back-office reports together. For example, Payments, In-studio payments, Dispute and Instalments are now all part of the single Payments report.
So you can still find them under the names you know, bsport has recreated each of these old reports as a shared view on the Report that replaces it. A shared view is a saved view that bsport has set up and shared with everyone in your studio: one click and the Report opens with the filters, switches and columns already set to match your old report.
It helps you answer questions like:
Where has my old back-office report gone?
Which new Report replaces it?
How do I open it the way I am used to?
Why don't my totals match the old report exactly?
Opening your old report
Open the Report that replaces it. The table below tells you which one.
Click the saved views icon 🔖 at the bottom right of the page, next to the Sigma logo.
Hover over Personal views. Despite its name, this list also shows the views shared by bsport.
Click the name of your old report.
The Report reloads in the shape of your old report. While you are on a shared view, the saved views icon turns green.
To go back to the standard Report, click the icon and choose Exit view.

The Expenses and Referrals Reports each replace a single old report, so they have no shared view: open the Report as it is.
Before you compare the numbers
⚠️ A shared view puts the Report in the same shape as your old report, but the new Reports are built on a more complete and consistent set of data, so some totals can differ slightly. Each Report's guide has a Matching your old back-office reports section explaining, report by report, which columns moved where, what changed and why.
Making it yours
Shared views are maintained by bsport and are the same for everyone in your studio. You cannot change or delete them, but you can build on them:
Open it by default. If you always used the same old report, click the 🔖 icon, choose Manage saved views, then click the ⋮ beside the shared view and choose Set as your default view. The Report will open that way every time, for you only.
Adjust it and keep your version. Open the shared view, change what you need (a filter, a column, a Group By), then click the 🔖 icon and choose Save as new view... Your copy is personal and the shared view stays untouched.
