Your payout schedule decides how often the money from your members' payments is sent to your bank account. You can't change it from the Back Office yet, so our team changes it for you.
The schedules available
Schedule | When you receive your payouts |
Weekly | Every Monday. |
Monthly | Once a month. |
Daily | Every business day. Daily payouts are a paid option (the Daily payout add-on). Ask your account manager to add it to your plan. |
How to change your schedule
Open the chat from your Back Office.
Tell us the schedule you want (weekly or monthly). For daily payouts, contact your account manager first.
Our team makes the change and confirms it in the chat.
ℹ️ Good to know: the request must come from the main account holder.
When the change takes effect
The new schedule applies from the next payout. Money from payments made before the change still follows Stripe's usual delay before it is paid out, so your first payout on the new schedule can be smaller or larger than usual. [Billing to confirm: delay in days]
My payout is late or missing
Before contacting us, check your payout schedule and the payout status in your payments. See Understanding Stripe Payouts with bsport and View your bsport payouts. If something still looks wrong, contact us in the chat with the payout date and amount you expected.
