1st Step: Create a remuneration rule.

In Settings > Payroll > Click on "+" > Choose among the 4 options:

  • Group activities & Workshops, to create a payment rule specific to Group classes and Workshops

  • Group classes, to create a payment rule specific to Group classes

  • Workshops, to create a payment rule specific to Workshops

  • Appointments, to create a payment rule specific to Appointments

  • Payroll group, to associate sets of rules to teachers

Choose the name of the payment rule > Choose the calculation criterion (based on reservations or the turnover generated by the session).

For bookings:

For the turnover generated:

  • You can choose the percentage paid to the teacher based on the marginal value by selecting "Add a percentage of the margin value of the bookings".

You can also limit the minimum and maximum amount teachers get paid per class. In addition, you can exclude passes from the payment rule.

2nd Step: Link the remuneration rule to your teacher.

In My studio > Teachers > Click on the teacher concerned. You will then just have to choose the desired remuneration rule.

You can choose to select different payment rules depending on the type of class (Group activity, Workshop, or Appointment), or you can select a predefined payroll group.

3rd Step: Compute payments for your teachers.

Go to Transactions > Payroll. Choose the starting date of the month or week, and click on "Calculate".

You are also able to choose a payment rule for each session by clicking on the little arrow on the right-hand side.

You can apply filters based on the payroll rules, the teachers ort the establishments/locations.

  • If you filter by payroll rule or by teacher, this will limit the number of teachers displayed in the list, by removing those who do not match the criteria.

  • If you filter by establishment or location, there will still be the same number of teachers, but this will limit the number of sessions and appointments displayed for each of these teachers, by removing those that have not taken place in the selected establishments or locations selected. The CSV and PDF exports for each teacher will also take these filters into account.

You can download the data for each teacher as a CSV or PDF file. You can also export all data at once (this exports all the information without taking filters into account).
