1st Step: Go to your teachers.
Click on: My Studio > Teachers and click on "Add a teacher" (at the bottom right).
2nd Step: Create a teacher.
2 options:
The teacher's email already exists in the database, (identified by his/her email) the teacher will therefore be linked to your database automatically
The teacher does not exist and you will have to create him/her.
NB: The email must be present in both cases
3rd Step: Give access to your teacher.
On the mobile app: they will need to renew their password using the email used to create their teacher account (if they do not already have a bsport account).
From the application teachers will only see their schedule: sessions and private appointments that are assigned to them. From that schedule, they will be able to check the attendance, but not sign up a member to a session.
If you would like to give that kind of permission to your teachers, you will need to create them a Staff Access, which is a separate account that would give access to the backoffice. Once activated, the teacher will be able to login to his teacher account through the web version, and therefore see his schedule but also his payroll.
