In order to book bookings prior to the date of purchase of the subscription, we invite you to carry out the following procedure.
1st Step: Go to the student's account.
In the search bar, search for the student.
2nd Step: Charge the student for a subscription.
Click on "Subscribe" at the bottom right of the screen.
Select an existing subscription or customise a new subscription.
Enter the student's bank details > Enter the billing start date, which must match the date of the student's first booking > Click "Pay Now".
3rd Step: Register the student for the past session.
Go to the past session via "Calendar" or "Schedule" > Click on the session > Click on "Manage my reservations" > Search for the student in the search bar > Click on "Register" > Select the subscription.
