Sometimes customers think they are buying "1 year unlimited cards" and end up with a card that is only one month old. Here the subscription and the corresponding course card have probably been wrongly set up.

1st Step: Set up the pass and make them invisible.

A pass associated with a subscription must always remain invisible for the customer.

  • For an existing pass: My Studio > Pass > Click on "Modify" the pass associated with the subscription > Select "Invisible to customers".

  • When creating a pass: My Studio > Pass > Add a pass > Select "Invisible to students"

2nd Step: Rectify customer subscriptions.

Once the settings have been made, it must be possible to update the subscription of a customer who has only bought one month (because he bought the pass that was not invisible before).

Find the student in the search bar > Click on "Subscribe" (bottom right of the screen) > Click on "No I want to define a custom contract in this case".

Fill in the form :

  • Choose the pass corresponding to the subscription.

  • Choose the number of months to add. In our case, you have to add 11 months because the customer has already bought 1 month.

  • Choose the date of payment. Attention: if the student has already paid this month, please set the date for next month.

You will finally see the next invoice page with all future invoices and collection dates.
