If you wish to contact your future students who have an abandoned basket, you can do so very simply now.
1st Step: Identify students with an abandoned basket.
In the smartlist section (on the marketing suite), open a smartlist and add a filter > Purchases > Abandoned baskets. You can choose the amount of the basket as well as its creation date.
2nd Step: Exclude students with a valid pass.
Add another filter > Pass > General. The student has been able to finalize their purchase on the spot and keep his items in his basket.
In addition, you can create a direct validation link for the abandoned basket which is in the form: https://backoffice.bsport.io/c/ID/home/?debt_open=true
Please replace ID in the link above with the number that you'll find as the ID of your club in Settings > General.
