Examples are available at the end of the training to explain the choice of Smartlists (to be relaunched or not).
1st Step: Create a reminder email.
In Products > Pass > Click on the pass that should have a reminder email > Click on "Add a notification".
2nd Step: Complete the notification form.
Choose the type of notification:
Number of remaining credits on the pass
Number of remaining days of validity
Number of days after the expiry date of the card. Fill in the form according to your wishes.
If you choose "Number of credits remaining" :
Choose the event triggering the notification:
Reservation making the number of credits fall below the threshold defined above
As soon as the credit is consumed the notification will be sent
End of the session for which the reservation had brought the number of credits below the threshold defined above
As soon as the session for which the credit has been consumed has passed, the notification will be sent
Define your parameters. For example, you can re-launch a student with an expired pass to encourage them to renew it by offering them a promotional code for a pass with a higher value.
Define smartlists: Select the member lists you want or don't want to send the mail to. (optional)
These lists will allow you to better manage the sending of emails. Indeed, it avoids you to send an email on the expiration days to a student who has just renewed his pass.
Select the previously prepared reminder e-mail from the list. Click on "view mail" to see a preview of the mail.
3rd Step: Examples.
"Notify when 2 credits are left": A reminder e-mail will be sent to the student when 2 credits are left on the card.
"Notify when course card expires in 2 weeks": A reminder email will be sent to the student when the card expires in 2 weeks (14 days).
Attention: In this type of reminder, it is preferable to INCLUDE members with available credits.

"Notify when the pass has expired 2 weeks ago": A reminder email will be sent to the student when the pass has expired 2 weeks ago (14 days).
Attention: In this type of reminder, it is preferable to EXCLUDE members with available credits (same list created previously).
