1st Step: Create an appointment type.

In My Studio > "Click on "Add an appointment " > Fill in the form.

Choose the name of the appointment > Associate a category (be careful if the category already exists you have to select it, otherwise you have to create it by clicking on "+") > Add a color code.

On the client side, the name of the appointment will appear in this form :

Choose the place:

  • At home: corresponds to the home or an address chosen by the customer.

  • Without a pre-determined location: the location will be chosen next.

  • In one of your establishments: Choose the establishment(s) > Indicate if the appointment requires the entire room > Allow or disallow the choice of the establishment when the customer makes the reservation.

Choose the teacher:

  • Tick "No teacher": Indicate whether there is a teacher or not.

  • Choose the teacher(s).

  • Choose the number of simultaneous appointments for the teacher.

  • Allow or not to allow the choice of the teacher when the student makes an appointment.

  • Add a description. Then choose if the appointment is invisible to the customer or not by clicking "unavailable for purchase".

Determine the parameters:

  • Select the specific time that members can cancel for free.

  • Select the period before the last possible reservation.

2nd Step: Configure the sessions.

A department can have different types of sessions requiring different credits.

Example: Massage 1h (1 credit), Massage 2h (2 credits), etc...

Warning: If you don't have a credit system for different types of sessions you will have to create different services and put them in the same categories or not!

Fill in the form :

  • Name of the session. It will appear this way on the client side.

  • A number of credits were spent to do this session.

  • Number of people for this session.

  • Duration of the session.

  • Reservation choice interval. Force the choice of the interval between 2 sessions. Example: 60-minute interval, the client can only choose the following times: 9h - 10h - 11h.
