The number of credits displayed on a pass is the number of credits to date and not the number of credits at the time of booking.

Here are a few examples:

1st Case: My client has all of his credits on his pass. Example: 10 credits out of 10.

Here the customer has bought a pass but has not booked any course with it for the moment.

2nd Case: My client has 5 credits out of 10 on his course card but he has only completed one course.

Here the customer has booked 5 lessons, 4 of which are in the future and 1 in the past which he has already done.

3rd Case: My client has 0 credit on his pass but continues to attend classes.

Here, the client has spent all his credits to book courses whether they are in the past, present or future.

He can no longer book courses with his pass but he can still attend the courses he has already booked.

If you need more information on passes, see this section !
