1st Step: Create or modify the form. You have to add the "sanitary pass" line to allow member to add or modify their sanitary status

In "Settings" > "Form", you have the possibility to ask your members to fill in some personal information (here is an article if you want to learn more about it: https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/en/articles/5748444-how-to-customize-all-your-forms)

⚠️ WARNING: all the information of the forms can be determined as mandatory EXCEPT from the vaccination status. The client can then still book even if he hasn't filled in this information.

We created this option to assist you in managing the status of your clients, but due to legal concerns over the protection of medical data, we are unable to ask the client to upload his pass or even force him to update his vaccination status on bsport. ⚠️

On the line "Status vaccination COVID-19", tick all the boxes.

2nd Step: The client´s point of view.

⚠️ Member can only modify on web, not on app

In "Profile", the member can see his status, and by clicking on "Modify", he is able to change this status.

Click on "Save".

  • Changing the status as a manager.

As a manager, you are also able to change this status in the member's profile > "Modify".

3rd Step: The "health pass" badge view

If you have activated the option in the registration or modification form, you will have the view on a badge that indicates if the member has a health pass directly from "Manage my reservations":

Attention, do not hesitate to empty your cache if the data is not updated.

If he has a pass: the cross of the color of the studio:

If he doesn't have a pass: red cross

If you need more information on this, please see this section !
