1st Step: Set up the waiting list.

Go to Settings > Waitlist > Fill out the form.

Fill out the form:

  • Choose whether the available spots are reserved exclusively for people on the waiting list or not.

  • Activate the member's pass and credit checks to ensure that they will be able to register for the session if a spot becomes available

  • Choose the priority for the available spots. "One by one": the first customer on the waiting list chooses whether to confirm their booking or not. "First come, first served": all customers on the waiting list can book the session.

2nd Step: Manage the "One by one" setting.

Select "One by one" and fill in the form:

  • Choose the number of reminders sent to the customer before giving his place to the next customer on the waiting list.

  • Choose if the first customer on the waiting list is automatically registered when a place becomes available (with a credit on his or her course card).

    • Choose if, in the case a spot becomes available and the first customer on the waiting list cannot be automatically registered due to a lack of compatible pass or insufficient credit, then the member is removed."

Determine the deadline for registration:

  • Simple management: choose the number of minutes the student has to reserve his place before the next one takes his place.

  • Intelligent management: choose a percentage of time proportional to the time remaining before the session for the student to reserve before leaving his place.

Show the place on the waitlist:

  • Decide if you want to display the position on the waiting list for your customer.

Then click on "Save".

FYI: No notification between 9pm and 7am - if the reminder comes within an hour of class, then it is not sent.
