If you have to close your studio during a period, you can cancel all the sessions you have planned during this period in one click.

1st Step: Cancel several sessions at the same time.

Go on "Calendar" > Click on the settings wheel and after on "Grouped Cancellation (framed in red).

Define the closing period > Click on "Confirm".

WARNING: this action is irreversible.

Students who have booked for this period will automatically receive a session cancellation email and will be reimbursed for their credits.
