1st step: Edit the activity.
On your platform, go to My Studio > Group Activities and click on the edit button.
2nd step: Activate the automatic cancellation of your sessions.
In the form, tick the "Automatically cancel underoccupied sessions".
Then you can choose the automated rule for cancelling your sessions.
For example: cancel the session if there is 1 booking or less (≤) 6 hours before the start of the session.
An email will be sent to accounts with the Owner or Admin role (to check Settings > Staff), as well as to the teacher (or substitute teacher) for the session in question. An email will also be sent to the students.
⚠️ Attention: once this option is activated, the sessions will then be cancelled automatically if they meet these criteria!
Credits will be automatically refunded on passes.
