1st Possibility: The email address of the Staff account is a real email address.
You just have to click on "Forgotten password" when you log in and then follow the instructions to change the password.
2nd Possibility: The email address of the Staff account is not a real email address.
On the bsport platform, go to Settings > Staff > Delete Staff account by clicking on the " - ".
You can easily re-create the staff account using the "Add Staff" button, but keep in mind that even if you delete the previous one, the email used will be kept in our internal database and the same one won't be available to be used on another account. If you necessarily need to use the same email address as before, we advise you to contact your account manager to reset it as a new account.
Otherwise, you just need to create the new staff account using a different email. To make the process easier and perhaps implement a system, we advise that you use the same email and add a number or a letter at the end. For instance, if at first you used the email dummy@studio.com, when creating a new staff account you can use dummy1@studio.com or dummya@studio.com. This way, if you need to reset a staff account password you will sort this out in a minute
