From the Bsport backoffice main page, click on "Forgot your password?
Add the email > ok
You can also access this page directly by clicking on the following link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/reset_password?
Option 2: From the app
Click on Already have an account? Log in
Then click on ''Forgot password?'' > Enter your email address
An email will be sent to your email address to change your password
