To login to a "Staff" access, use the link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/pro

1st step: Create a role

We currently have 6 types of pre-configured roles:

  1. Check-in Limited: only the possibility to register members to the sessions

  2. Check-in Wide: access to planning, meeting management, and member data. Possibility to modify the session to add a video conference link

  3. Check-in tablet: access for your tablet present at the entrance of your studio

  4. Admin: which is the same type of access as Owner (access to the whole platform) but can be deleted by an owner

  5. Reporting: access to reports only, useful for your accountant, for example

  6. Owner: access to all functionalities, can supersede without any restrictions and can add Staff accounts

You can also create your customized role by clicking on Add a role

You will be able to give it a name, and a description and tick all the permissions allocated to this role.
For more information on each specific permission, see our helpsheet on staff permissions details.

2nd step: Create a staff account

Once you choose the role that you want, you will be able to link an account to it

To do so, click on Add staff

You will then have to:

  • indicate a name for this access

  • allocate an email and password (that will be used to log in to that access)

  • link the role of your choice to that staff account

WARNING: It is NOT possible to allocate an email already linked to a member or teacher profile for a Staff account ⚠️

The email linked to the Staff access can't be an email already used for a teacher or member profile but can be a fictitious email (ex: teacher@studioname.com)

It is unnecessary to create a staff account for each person if they use the same role. Several people can be logged in to the same staff account at the same time

For example, if all the teachers have the same role: create only one staff account for all the teachers and give the email and password to all the teachers. They will be able to log in at the same time
