1st Step: Create a tag on your member file.

Search for the member's file then on the right in the "My tags" section click on "Create a category" > Enter the name of the category and click on the diskette to save.

Create a tag associated with the category by clicking on the "+" > Enter the name of the tag > Click on the diskette to save.

⚠️ Caution, the category tag will appear on each member's card, but this does not mean that the tag is applied, it must be selected manually on each member's card.

2nd Step: Create a smartlist to exclude members with the tag.

In Marketing > Smartlists > Click on "Add a smartlist" then click on "Add a filter".

In "Member Information" > Select "Tags".

Click on the "+" > "Does not include tag" > Select the category of the tag > Select the value of the tag then click on ✅ > Click on "Add".

You now have a list excluding the customers to whom you do not want to send the mailing.
