Spot scheduling allows your members to book a specific spot inside a room or a studio.
This article will help you create a session where the members can choose their own spots.
To understand how to create it, follow this method :
1st Step: Create the room plan.
2nd Step: Create a session using this room plan.
In "My Studio" > "My activities" > Click on the activity that you want to plan > Click on "Add sessions".
Fill in the form :
Number of clients in the session
⚠️ Warning: You can't enter a number of available spots higher than the number of spots created in your plan. ⚠️
Waiting-list size
Date of the session
Price
Select the establishment
Choose the spot plan created
Choose the teacher
Finally, "Create sessions".
The sessions created will be in Spot Scheduling. The members will be able to choose the spot they want in your establishment.
⚠️ Please note that if one of your students tries to book at the time a member has put the reservation in their basket but has not yet validated, it is normal for the bike to appear unavailable for 5min. After this time, the map should refresh to make the bike available again.
