The article objective is to show you how to set up an automatic reminder for your private appointments.

1st Step: Create an email template.

2nd Step: Add a notification.

In Marketing > Notifications > Add a notification.

3rd Step: Choose a type of booking to be notified and the event starting the notification.

  • Maintained bookings

  • Cancelled and refunded bookings

  • Send this notification to every booking

4th Step: Choose the type of notification, set up when to send the email and the template to send.

  • Send the email to the client before the appointment

  • Send email X hour(s) before the session

Choose the email template to send > Click on 'Save'.

You have just created a notification to send a reminder for a private appointment to your student.
