1st Step: In my Activities > Click on the Activity > Add a notification.
2nd Step: Choose the booking type you want to notify.
Valid booking
Choose the event that triggers the notification > Next.
Member's presence at a session
Member's absence from a session
Notify the member on his/her X attendance/absence OR every time.
BEFORE the session concerned by the notification
AFTER the session concerned by the notification
Configure when the notification is sent:
X hours before the session
X hours after the session
Choose the email that you would like to send (needs to be created prior in: Marketing > Emails > Create a Template).
Second case scenario: A cancelled booking with or without reimbursement.
1st Step: Choose the booking type you want to notify.
Booking cancelled by the customer
Choose the event that triggers the notification > Next.
Cancellation refunded
Cancellation after deadline
Notify the member on his/her X cancelation OR every time
2nd Step: Choose the type of notification > Confirm.
BEFORE the session concerned by the notification
AFTER the session concerned by the notification
Configure when the notification is sent:
X hours before the session
X hours after the session
Choose the email that you would like to send (needs to be created prior in: Marketing > Emails > Create a Template).
Proceed exactly the same way for the notifications connected with establishments.
Here is how to finely adjust the notifications for your transactional emails.
1st Step: Click on Settings > Transactional emails.
You can adjust the notifications on different objects and choose to receive a copy of the email or not.

You can create your own email templates in Marketing > Emails > Create a Template, and then return to Transactional Emails to select them.
