Create a smartlist to get the list of members who have appointments pass but that don't have any appointment booked in the future.

The goal of this article is to help you getting the list of members who have appointments pass but without any appointment booked.

1st Step: Create a smartlist.

In Marketing > Smartlists > Click on "Add a list"

Indicate the name of your list > Write a description > Click on "Save"

2nd Step: Select the filters.

Click on "Add new filter"

Here, there are two filters to choose.

The first one in Passes > Pass (appointments) :

"Has an appointment pass"
"Expires in more than 1 day"
Owns "More than 1 credit"

The second one in Bookings > Number of bookings

"Has booked 0 lesson"
"Occuring on or after the" date desired
