Elements of personalization

This training will allow you to set up your account on different criteria.

1st Step: Change the general information.

In Settings > General.

You can set the following parameters:

  • Logo: Click on the logo and add yours to your format.

  • Primary and secondary colours: Choose your colour code.

  • URL website: Link to which your student is redirected by clicking on your logo on bsport.

  • URL planning: Link to which your student is redirected by clicking on "Calendar" in his bsport account. **

  • URL Instagram & Facebook.

  • General terms and conditions of sale.

  • Google Tag ID: To add your Google Tag ID and track your students' actions.

** Go on your Backoffice Bsport, click on settings > Widget > choose your calendar > copy the link.

2nd Step: Customize your platform.

In Settings > Personalization.

You can set up the following items:

  • Set up the bookings options

    • Choose whether to allow double booking for a session.

    • Choose to display the number of participants and the number of lessons on your calendar and mobile app on the client side.

    • Choose the default order of sorting reservations: First name / Last name / Reservation date.

  • Set up the attendance and no-show rules

  • Set up the calendar tab

    • Choose to display or hide workshops, cancelled sessions, past sessions, and sessions to which the member does not have access.

    • Choose to display or hide the following elements for each session: number of bookings and remaining spots, number of men and women that booked it, teacher info, establishment, level, activity colour, number of credits and "book" button.

    • Specify how some elements must be displayed: teacher info, time of the session, and day of the week.

    • Choose to display a "free" label for sessions worth 0 credits.

    • Choose to display or hide customer contact information in the teacher calendar.

  • Set up more options: schedule, management of gender ratio, confirmation of email address during member registration, chat settings, and hide credits on passes.
