To facilitate the purchase of your members, Bsport offers you the possibility to save the payment methods.
This article will explain you to delete the payment method, in case of an expired card or following a client's request.
1st Step : Check the client's profile.
In the searchbar, write the name of the client > Click on it.
At the right bottom of the screen, the payment methods appear.
2nd Step : Delete the payment method.
Click on the trash icon.
⚠️ WARNING : the system won't let you delete the payment method if there is only one saved in the member's profile.
It is also impossible to delete the payment method used for a subscription. ⚠️
