1st Part: Viewing a member profile
Solution n°1: Find in the members, the profile has consulted
1st Step: Click on the "members" section on the left side of the page.
You will be redirected to a new page with the list of members.
2nd Step: Click on "view" on the line corresponding to the member whose profile you wish to view as below:
Solution n°2: Search for a member in the "search bar".
1st Step: On the home page of your Bsport account. On the top right, there is a "search bar" that allows you to write to find a member, teacher etc...
When you start writing, the list appears as below:
2nd Step: To select the member whose profile you want to view. You just have to click on his box.
Once you have successfully completed the 1st part. You can now have access to several features of the Bsport platform.
Once you have selected the profile, you should arrive on a page similar to the one below, except that it is another member's profile. We are well in the "General" section as below (in the box):
2nd Part: General
1st Step: Merging two similar accounts
You must click on "Merge"
Look for a similar account.
Click on the left/right arrows, the account on the right will be deleted and the account on the left will be kept.
Click on "Save".
2nd Step: Modify a member account
You must click on "edit" in order to access the information on a member's form as below:
3rd Step: The means of communication
In the box below, the "means of communication" are visible.
If the customer has agreed to use the means of communication, the bell icon will vibrate. Otherwise the bell is crossed out.
4th Step: My Tags
You can also create categories to filter your members.
To apply the category, you must choose the category.
After clicking on the arrow, you must click on "+ create category" to add your own categories.
Then once the name is written, you must click on the green symbol on the diskette to save the category as below:
You can also create sub-categories by clicking the "+" symbol on the same line as the category name.
Example: If my category is "Main Sport": I can create subcategories: Fitness; Yoga; Cross-Fit ect...
After entering the name of the sub-category, you have to click on the green symbol on the diskette to save:
You can delete the categories and change the subcategories by clicking on the 3 dots next to the categories as below:
5th Step: Add a note or description about the member
You can add notes about your members' medical information or notes about personal information if you want to follow up with your members.
3rd Part: Bookings
1st Step: Go to "Bookings".
You must click on "Bookings" at the top of the page, to the right of "General".
2nd Step: If a member is absent
To report that a member will eventually be absent, you must click on "Present" as below:
3rd Step: If a member wishes to cancel his reservation
To indicate that a member wishes to cancel his reservation, you must click on the cross symbol "x" as shown below:
The member will be automatically credited again.
4th Step: Registration of a customer has a subscription
You must click on "Subscribe" at the bottom right of the page, as below:
Once you have clicked on "Subscribe", the form will appear.
You must fill in the following information:
the subscription concerned
Number of months of validity
The date of the 1st collection
Apply a special offer such as: free months or discounts on every invoice
At the end, a summary box of the subscription appears:
You must click on "Check" at the bottom left of the page to proceed to the payment:
5th Step: Invoicing a customer
You must click on "Invoice" at the bottom right of the page, as shown below:

4th Part: Subscriptions
1st Step: Access to "Subscriptions".
To access this section, you must click on "Subscriptions" at the top of the page, to the right of "Reservations" as below:
2nd Step: Select the subscription of your choice
Once on the "Subscriptions" section, you can select the one you want by clicking on it, as below:
3rd Step: Invoices and Reservations associated with the subscription
On the right side of the subscription, a window will open. You will be able to consult the invoice and the reservations associated with the subscription.
If you click on "Associated invoice" you will arrive on this page:
4th Step: Present or Absent at a reservation
If a member is not present at a reservation, you can click on "Present", which will be replaced by "Absent", and conversely if a member does not finally cancel his reservation, as below:
5th Step: Delete a reservation
If you want to "delete" the reservation, you must then click on the cross symbol "x", just to the right of "Present", as below:
Then you have to confirm your choice to avoid handling errors by clicking on "Confirm" as below:
The member will be automatically re-credited.
5th Part: Invoicing
1st Step: Go to the Invoicing section
To access this section you must click on "Billing" at the top of the page, to the right of "Subscriptions" as below:
You will arrive on this page:
If you want to register, you have to click on the registration icon, as below:
If you want to print, you have to click on the printer icon, as below:
If you want to filter the data (ID; Date of purchase; Amount; Status), you have to click on the icon on the far right, as below: If you want to filter the data (ID; Date of purchase; Amount; Status), you have to click on the icon on the far right, as below:
2nd Step: Invoice a subscription
If you click on "Invoice" at the bottom right of the page as below:
You should arrive on this page, as below:
Your basket is present in the left window of the page, it summarizes all your purchases as below:
If you want to go back to the previous page, you have to click on "Back" at the bottom left of the page, and if you want to have access to the member's file, you have to click on theStep 3: In this part we will see the usefulness of the box on the right side of the page.
The part: "Subscription"
Choose the subscription to be billed
The date of the subscription debate
Click on "Add to Invoice", a shopping cart will be created. (The cart will be explained below).
You can add or not a discount.
You can add multiple subscriptions by repeating the process.
2. The part: "My Store".
To access this section, you must click on "My Store", on the top right of the page, next to Subscription, as below:
In this section you can:
Choose the item to be invoiced
Then click on "+ Add to Invoice" to add it to the cart.
To add a discount, you can manually type the amount in the bottom right hand corner
Then click on "Add Discount" at the bottom left of the page
You can add several items by repeating the process.
You can also remove an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the "Trashcan" symbol to the right of the item, as shown below:
If you wish to proceed to the payment to finalize the purchase, you can click on "€ Payment" at the bottom right of the page, as below:
This window will appear to allow you to proceed with the payment:
Attention: You can pay in several payment methods, by repeating the process, they will appear in "Recorded Payments":
Choose the payment method
Enter the amount
Enter your card number (If you pay by credit card)
Click on "Payment"
To delete a payment, in the "Recorded Payments" section, you must click on the "Trash" icon as below:
When your transaction is complete, you can click "Save" at the bottom right of the page, as below:
A new window will open, you can choose the invoice date if the member has not paid the full amount of the invoice, at this date, the member will be automatically cashed.
Then click on "Confirm" as below:
You will then be redirected to this page:
To record a transaction:
You have to click on the diskette icon, on the same line as the invoice recorded.
Then you must confirm your choice, as below:
Attention: After "confirmation" the invoice cannot be modified.
2. To download a transaction
Once the transaction has been recorded, the diskette icon becomes a paper clip, as shown below:
If you click on the paper clip, you will be able to download and print the transaction.
3. Possible actions
If you wish to "save" the changes made on this page. You must click on the "Save" icon in the top right corner of the page, as shown below:
If you wish to print, you must click on the printer icon, as below:

Special Case: Change of payment method:
In case of a payment method error, you must enter the account of the concerned customer.
Go to the billing section, as below:
Then click on the invoice concerned:
To change the payment method:
Click on the icon of the "back arrow".
Then choose the method of payment
Ensure that the change has been recorded
Special Case: Invoicing Error
If there is an error in the car, you must click on "Cancel Invoice" as below:
Once the invoice is cancelled (all associated products are deleted), the icon changes and "cancelled" appears as below:
3. The part: "Credit
To access the Credit section, you must click on the top right-hand side of the page, as shown below:
Special Case: If the customer pays an amount higher than the price
Here the value of the basket is: 20 + 20 + 15= 55€.
as shown below:
If you press "Save" at the bottom right of the page, as shown below:
The "Unbalanced Invoice" window below will appear, and by clicking on "Confirm" the customer's account will be debited or credited to balance.
You can also choose the billing date after clicking "Confirm".
