When you send communications to your customers through Bsport, it is possible that these emails fall in the spams. This article will show you the procedure to follow to avoid this happening.

Step 1: Connect to your web host's space.

The example below is from OVH.

Go to your customer area > Click on your domain name > Select "DNS Zone".

Then choose "Add an entry" on the right side of your screen.

Click on "CNAME".

2nd Step: Insert the codes given by the Bsport team.

⚠️ This manipulation will have to be executed 3 times ⚠️

Enter the code of the subdomain and the target, sent by our team > Click on "Next".

⚠️ For the target, do not forget to add a "." at the end of the code ⚠️

Click on "Validate".

Once this step is complete, notify our team so we can finish the manipulation.

⚠️ This can take up to 24 hours to set up ⚠️
