1st Step : Go to the member's contract.
In the member's profile > "Billing" > Click on the name of the subscription.
2nd Step : Pause the subscription.
At the right bottom of your screen, click on "Pause".
The Pause window opens:
Fill in the reason for the pause.
Select the start day of the pause.
Select the end date (included) of the pause.
Bear in mind that the next billing following the pause will be shifted by the number of days of the pause, as well as all future billings.
Also, the expiration date of the pass will be extended too, and the pass will remain valid during the pass.
Once you've taken all the steps you can click on "Save" to confirm the pause.
