It is possible to pause all the memberships of one of your subscriptions during the duration of your choice

This will shift all future invoicing and the validity of the passes included in the pause

This system is useful when you want to close your studio during a holiday period for example

1st step: Select the subscription to pause

In Products >> Subscriptions, choose the subscription you want to pause

2nd step: Pause the subscription

On the subscription page, click on Pause this Subscription

You will then be able to set up:

  • The reason for the pause

  • The date range of the pause >> the start and end date of the pause

A confirmation popup will display, listing all the subscriptions that will be paused and those that will not

There are some reasons why a subscription cannot be paused:

  • payment is in progress or will be processed within 24 hours

  • the subscription is already paused on this time interval

  • the subscription hasn't started yet

When a global pause is implemented on a subscription, all future memberships of this subscription will be paused too

Cancel or change the dates of the pause:

Go to the subscription in question, a section corresponding to the global pause you created is now displaying, click on the pen next to the pause

  • To deactivate the pause >> click on Deactivate and confirm the action. The pause will be canceled and the billing and validity dates will return to their initial state

  • To modify the dates of the pause >> click on Change the dates

  • To modify the reason >> click on Change the reason

It is also possible to unschedule a global pause for a single member

To do this, go to your member's membership page, click on the pen next to the pause, and select Deactivate

However, it is impossible to change the dates of a global pause only for a single member
