Delete a session with previous bookings

In the case of a canceled session with previous bookings and/or waiting lists. With the same steps as before when you click on "Confirm" on the pop up, the following alert message appears.

It is not possible to delete this type of session this way. However it is possible to force the deletion.

Force the deletion

On the pop up click on "Advanced" and then activate the toggle "Delete even if bookings are registered".

You also have the possibility to hide canceled sessions

Indeed, you can also not delete the canceled sessions but hide them.

To do this, you just have to go to the calendar, click on hide cancellations (see photo)

Why is it better not to do it ?

It is better not to delete a canceled session with previous bookings because all the data about the bookings are going to be lost. Meaning that you are going to lose track of the all the credit reimbursement on this session. As well as all the linked data in reports.

⚠️ It is better to avoid at all cost to delete this type of session. However if you really want to do it, we advise you to first check that everything is all right with the credit reimbursements before doing anything. ⚠️
