Performance tracking - how to add a program to a member

This article will explain you step by step how to add a program to a member.

Step 1: Add a program to a member

Go to the member's file > Click on "Programs" then on "Add a program".

Select the program you want > Click on "Add".

2nd Step: Follow and modify the member's evolution

Several options:

  • From the member's file: on the right, you can modify the evolution by clicking on the + and - or by moving the line up or down (blue on this example).

  • From the calendar: by clicking on "Manage my reservations" > then on the 3 small dots on the right of the member and finally on "Statistics".

  • From the customer's account: the customer can also follow and modify his evolution from his account by clicking on the "Statistics" tab.
