This article will explain you how to send newsletters to your members

1st step : Create a smartlist

You can go to Marketing > Smartlists

You will then be able to create a Smartlist, that consists of a group of customers that meet some criterias that you created (based on their passes, expenditures, bookings, tags...)

To do so, you can add filters to the smartlist and then customize them
(here is an example of filter on members who are more than 20 years)

Without forgetting to click on "Add" to apply the filter

Once the filter has been added, this smartlist will group all the members meeting the criteria of this filter, and only these members

If you want to send this newsletter to all the members of your studio without any filter, you can simply create a smartlist without applying any filter (for all the non-archived members)

2nd step : Send the Newsletter

You will then be able to send a newsletter to all the members of your smartlist by clicking on "Send a communication"

After that, you will be able to choose the template of the newsletter by clicking on "Select an email"

(The template must have been created beforehand in Marketing > Templates)

You also have the possibility to write your email directly in the smartlist (Email), send SMS (if you have the add-on https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/en/articles/6079067-send-sms-communications) or Push Notification (if you have the add-on https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/en/articles/6084583-send-push-notifications-to-your-members).

Once your email is ready, you can click on "Send" at the bottom right to send your newsletter.

Once your newsletter is sent, you will be able to consult the sending statistics of your newsletter in the section Campaign of the smartlist
